How do I create a Maids 2 Door Account?

When you book service an account is automatically created for you. Simply set up your account, choose your password, and you’re ready to go. Alternatively you can create and log into your account

We service Las Vegas and surrounding areas, such as North Las Vegas, Summerlin, East Las Vegas, Henderson, Spring Valley, Enterprise, Paradise. If you are not sure if we service your area please contact us Here

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Standard cleaning takes into account the typical tasks involved in cleaning a home or apartment. Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc. We also offer extra services like cleaning inside your refrigerator and inside the oven. Choose any additional services you like on the booking page.

How much will it cost?

Our price is based on the size of the home and number of beds/baths. Select the number and the price is shown instantly on the booking page. Here

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

We bring all the cleaning supplies required to exceptionally clean your home. We always try to cater to our customers, so if you prefer us to use a certain product you provide, we will.Please be advised we can’t be held responsible for any damage caused by using a product you provided.

How do I log into my account?

You can login to your account Here

How do I change my password?

Log in to your Maids 2 Door account. Click on your name at the top right of the page. Choose “Change Password”.

How do I change my address?

Log into your account at Here and update your address on file.

How do I change my credit card?

Log into your account at Here and update your card on file.  Your new card will automatically be noted as your default card.

Pricing & Policies

How can I view my Maids 2 Door credits?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

Absolutely. Simply enter your coupon (giftcard) code into the booking form as you are creating your booking. Your final price will automatically change to reflect your coupon balance. At any time you can log into your account and see the balance on any giftcards you have.

Why are vouchers for first time customer only?

We offer tons of incentives for our clients such as discounts on reoccurring services, holidays, birthdays etc.Click Here

I bought a voucher how do I redeem it?

In most cases you can enter your coupon code directly on the booking form. If you have any issues, please contact us and let us know.

What is your cancellation policy?

Maids 2 Door policies are designed to promote a reliable, consistent experience for our customers and staff alike.

While we know schedules can change quickly, rescheduling or skipping a cleaning service appointment with short notice causes great stress for our home cleaners. We want to eliminate as much stress for them so they can focus on their job – making our customers happy!

Therefore, fees apply when bookings are cancelled or rescheduled. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations otherwise a $70.00 fee is applied. Click Here

Should I do a walkthrough of my home once the cleaners are finished?

Absolutely. We strongly encourage you do a walk-through of the home while the cleaner is still there. This way you can see if our work is up to your expectations or if there are areas that need cleaning correction.Please be advised that you have to 24hrs from the time the cleaning is complete to inform us of areas that wasn’t cleaned to your expectations. We will then reschedule to come back out within 7 days.

Can I trust Maids 2 Door?

Without question. We conduct thorough background checks on all our cleaners. We also insure our professional house cleaners. No matter whom you hire to clean your home, always insist on a criminal background check.We turn down 100% percent of applicants who have a criminal record of theft or any other conviction. Maids 2 Door sends screened, trusted, and dependable cleaners to your door. If we would not trust someone to clean our own home or office, we are not going to send them to clean yours.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

If something goes wrong we’re here to make it right. We carry liability insurance in case of any mistakes or damages caused by our cleaning team.A claim can be filed with our insurer. Please let us know right away and we’ll be there to take care of it.  That’s our promise to you!

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation ssl. Secondly our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security.  Third, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card).  Rest assured we take security very very seriously.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Every independent contractor is interviewed in person and has to submit to a rigorous and extensive national background check.

What is your 200% satisfaction guarantee policy?

Eligible 24hrs within post cleaning.If you’re not content with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean area or areas reported (within a 7 day window). If you still don’t think we did a good enough job to recommend us to your friends, we’ll provide a refund.

What is your refund policy?

Please let us know within 24hrs post cleaning to be eligible for refund. We provide a 200% guarantee. If we can’t make it right by returning to your home to re-clean area or areas reported, you will be provided a refund.

Is Maids 2 Door insured?

Yes, we are bonded and insured for your protection. Maids 2 Door carries liability insurance for up to $1,000,000.00. Insurance protects you, covering damage to your home or property that is caused by Maids 2 Door cleaners.All of our cleaners are also required to have general liability insurance before coming on board.We put the safety of your home first.

What if I forget the team is coming to clean my house?

You’ll receive a reminder email and/or a text message 3 days and 1 day before scheduled house cleaning to remind. If the team is dispatched, drives to your home, and we are unable to get in and clean, a $70.00 trip fee will be assessed. This is a minimal fee that is in place to cover the cost of our transportation, rescheduling, and cleaner wages as they travel to and from your home.

Do I need to be home to let the cleaners in?

That is completely up to you. If you are unable to be home during the cleaning, you can leave a key in a lockbox or hidden outside the home. Just be sure to mention it inside the booking form.
